(wij probeerden reeds makend tot het niveau en zijn niveau nu maar hasn' t gedaan om het even wat)

It might need a good cleaning.
if you can get one of those pressurized cans of air from a computer store, blow the dust off the gears etc. a whole can might do the trick. maybe a small clean dry paint brush is needed?
ok..so you leveled it ..thats good.. is it level in both directions?
left to right and.. back to front ?
if it is..
you can try adjusting the pendulum.. first make sure the pendulum is on the hook properly and isnt touching anything , then there should be a tiny adjustment wheel at the base of the pendulum .. you will need to turn it so it goes up towards the pendulum disk…or down away from the disk…this will take some experimenting to get it just right… if you go to much…the clock will run fast (the time will be ahead of other clocks in house) …or it will run slow (will be behind in time)
and if its too much one way or the other it can make the pendulum stop swinging
if these adjustments dont work , the clock may need further adjusting and cleaning by a clock repair service
